The Super Soarer is a radio controlled 2 channel glider. This large towline glider is a 1940’s design.

This glider kit contains full-size rolled plans, printed balsa, hand-picked balsa sheet wood and stripwood, wire, nylon bolt, hinges, control horn, and screws. Radio gear not included.

What’s the difference between kit G-04 Super Soarer and G-04RC Super Soarer? Kit G-04RC is based on the vintage G-04 plan with RC conversion. The RC plane has a straight leading edge, G-04 has a swept back wing. The RC plane includes additional wood for the leading edge of the wing and the control surfaces, plus Easy Hinges, control horns, and screws.

The modifications are: Ailerons, Enlarged rudder, Swept back wing tips, T-tail with braces, Fuselage streamlined to follow spinner’s diameter and profile, 400 size brushless motor and 30 amps ESC. -11.1 V 15C 1900 mAh battery. Foldable propeller 8×4.5 -Four 9 grams, 21 ounces torque micro servos. Total flying weight included battery 21 ounces. It flies great!!! Thanks for this great design!
