During WWII the Mosquito was the most versatile and potent British fighter/bomber. Also known as the “Mossy”, “Wooden Wonder”, or “Termites Dinner”, it was in service until 1953 and did every job any other plane could do up to 1944, and could deliver a 4000 lb cookie bomb a thousand miles away. Pre-1942 design, eligible for Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) contests.
This display model kit contains a full-size rolled plan, printed balsa and hand-picked balsa strip wood, vacuum-molded canopy, spinners and gun turret, wheels, TissueCal™ markings, and Easy Built Lite tissue in desert tan, evergreen, and light sky blue.
