Free shipping is available for orders over $150 and shipping within the continental United States. You must choose $0 shipping from the dropdown list during checkout. If you experience problems completing your order, please email your shopping list and Shannon will respond with a 1-click invoice sent by PayPal email. Please include your ship to address and list of items.

Within the United States:

To order products at our web site, click ‘Add to cart’ on products you wish to purchase. These items go into your shopping cart. If you change the quantity on any item be sure to click the “Update Cart” button on the shopping cart page. When you are finished shopping click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button and complete the billing information. JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled in your browser options. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check, PayPal Debit Card and PayPal Account are accepted. Your shipping cost is determined by weight and destination. We are sorry express shipping is not available.

We apologize for not taking telephone orders.

For mail orders we accept payment by personal check or money order. All payments must be in US dollars.

Outside the United States:

We accept online orders from Armed Forces – AA, Armed Forces – AE, Armed Forces – AP, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Brazil, Chile, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. If you place an order with us and your country is not currently approved for shipments, your order will be refunded less fees. Paypal does not refund fees. Payment accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check, PayPal Debit Card and PayPal Account from most countries. To send payments, JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled in your browser options. Shipping address must be confirmed. Shipping address must match billing address. Alternatively, please mail or email your order and send payment via Western Union, or money order payable in US dollars through a US bank. All foreign orders are sent via United States Postal Service Airmail. Delivery is usually within 3 weeks, but may take up to 12 weeks. Your shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your packages.

If you want to know the shipping charge before you order, use the shipping calculator on the order page or e-mail sales@easybuiltmodels.com with your order and the destination country. We will let you know the cost. Please note: this will not include any taxes or duty you may be charged by customs in your country. We apologize, but we can not accept orders by telephone.

To order by mail, first contact us via email sales@easybuiltmodels.com with your shopping list and the destination. We will respond with the cost including shipping. Mail us a money order in that amount. Your money order must be payable in US dollars. Please note: this will not include any taxes or duty you may be charged by customs in your country.

Return Policy

Problem with your order? We will happily replace any parts missing or broken in transit. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery date. Damage claims cannot be accepted beyond that time. Returns – All returns must be authorized by us. Please contact us at shannon@easybuiltmodels.com and explain your problem. Merchandise can be returned for refund of the purchase price, less shipping, PayPal fees, and restocking fee, if merchandise is returned unopened and undamaged within 14 days of delivery date. All returns should be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in resaleable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise.

In use of our products, the user shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. No other obligation, warranty, or guarantee is expressed or implied by Easy Built Models.
Easy Built Models reserves the right to refuse any order.

Cancelled Orders

If a customer places an order and then cancels it, we will refund the order, less a $10USD processing fee and the PayPal fees. PayPal does not refund its fees.
